This is nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff. I got room with view on the garden and it was really calm.The hotel is near the beach and  the bus station for Palma is close. Food is o.k and the restaurant is clean. Muy cerca de mar, clara y una hermosa playa. La comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones están limpias, el personal es muy amable, wi-fi gratis. piscina, secador de pelo, televisión, aire acondicionado, caja de seguridad (2 EUR por día). Realmente recomiendo este hotel! Dieses Hotel befindet sich für mich in einer sehr ruhigen aber doch zentralen Lage ca. 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer in der Größe ausreichend und sehr sauber. Frühstücksleistung in üblichem Rahmen - für meine Verhältnisse befriedigend. We had a nice stay in the apartments. The hotel is central located. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and nicely attired. A large balcony with table and chairs. Three of us stayed at Can Pastilla hotel for then nights in June, we got apartment on fifth floor, with two rooms and two balconies, bathroom and small kitchen. The hotel is very clean, every day you get two fresh towels, bedclothes is clean, and have been changed during our stay. Breakfast is one street away in other hotel, it’s very good, except there is no fresh fruit and only one salad, but everything is fresh, there are two or three kinds of salaams and cheese, sweet croissants, cookies, cornflakes, butter, jam, coffee, tea.. Everything concerning the hotel deserves three star! Hotel is near the beach, and at perfect place near the bus station, it takes round 30 minutes to Palma, and 15 minutes to perfect beach in El Arenal. Can pastille is quite place and nearby at El Arenal there is night life. People do not realize they get what they pay for. Hotel is very good for a two star hotel. Breakfast in a nearby hotel is quite good, there is something for everyone. It is very close to the beach and airport, the hotel is clean, just a sincere recommendation that you take the safe. We had some trouble with the electricity, but it was quickly repaired. I recently stayed at this little hotel with my two daughters for a 3 night break late June 2012. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The pool area is pretty basic with sunbeds but its clean. There is a little bar next to the reception and the drinks are not expensive. The room we had was very spacious with a flat screen TV and a small fridge which was a bonus. The hotel is well situated for the beach about a minutes walk and likewise for lots of restaurants and small bars. The breakfast is across the road at the hotel Gala. It's pretty basic , continental style but sufficient. Me and my husband have just returned from a lovely break in can pastilla, we stayed at hotel miraflores and it was wonderful. Excellent staff, who always greeted you with a smile. The room were well sized and very clean. we had a lovely view of the front and the pool area , the pool area is also kept clean. El hotel esta muy bien situado, al lado de la playa y de una parada de autobús que lleva a Palma y al Arenal. Esta muy limpio y el personal es agradable. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Innenstadtbereich. Wir konnten zu Fuß alles super erreichen. Im vergangenen Jahr renoviert, bot es eine saubere & moderne Basisausstattung, inkl. Föhn und Safe. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es mehrere verlockende Pastelerien, aber auch die Bankautomaten (z.B. Deutsche Bank) sind nicht weit. Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel Colon in Palma verbracht. Das Hotel liegt zentral unweit des Platzes Espanya im Herzen von Palma. Die Fahrt vom Fughafen mit dem Bus gestaltet sich problemlos, dann noch 500 bis 600m und man ist da. Der Preis ist für die Leistung wirklich unschlagbar. Ich habe für 2 Nächte knapp 100 Euro bezahlt, allerdings ohne Frühstück. Das Haus ist - soweit ich das beurteilen kann - komplett renoviert, die Zimmer sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mein Bad war groß und ließ nichts vermissen, saubere Handtücher und eine geräumige Dusche waren vorhanden. Ein kleiner Flat-Fernseher, mit denen man ARD und Sat 1 - so man denn fernsehen will - empfangen kann, war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir (Mutter 59, Tochter 27)haben das Hotel Colon Ende Februar 1 Woche lang als ruhige, saubere Basisstation für unsere Inselausflüge genutzt. Der zentrale Bus-Bahnhof am Placa d`Espanya liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt. Am Weg liegen hervorragende Tapasbars und eine Bäckerei für`s Frühstück und Abendessen. Für uns Westfalen war der erste Empfang im Hotel etwas zu unfreundlich aber es wurde mit jedem Tag besser. I stayed two nights at the Hotel Colon in March, choosing it based on TripAdvisor reviews. The location is particularly good if one is coming into the city, or exploring Mallorca by bus/train, as the station is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is very basic, but clean and well kept. The rooms are small, and have tiny bathrooms, but I even had a small terrace in mine. But the staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are some restauarnts nearby, but there are all fairly basic, and seem to be frequented by locals. The heart of Palma is about a 20-minute walk, so not too far for most people. What was great for me, is the number of small bakeries in the immediate neighbourhood, with great pies and pastries. Just spent a couple of days in palma, Bed was memory foam, very comfy, room was spacious and the entire hotel was the cleanest i have ever experienced. not far off placa espanja, which had buses and trains going to the rest of the island. We had to wait a little bit to check in because we arrived very early and check in is at 12 but we were offered a place to put our luggage. Hotel sencillo en cuanto a instalaciones, pero lo que tiene está nuevo ya que ha sido remodelado hace poco. Bien situado y comunicado, y algo muy importante es que en cuanto a la limpieza un 10. Excelente calidad-precio. Económico, limpio, muy funcional, y atentos los empleados. Stadtnahes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Ideal für Kurzurlaub zum Erkunden von Palma und dem Rest der Insel. Ruhig gelegen. Große Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr zu empfehlen die Superior-Zimmer ( mit Whirpool) .Sehr schöne Aussicht auf Palma. Schöne Aussichtsterasse mit Schwimmbad. Toller Innenhof lädt zum gemütlichen abendlichen Verweilen ein. Wenn Sie nicht unbedingt vom Hotelzimmer ins Meer fallen wollen, ist das Horizonte genau das Richtige für Sie, weil es ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Ich war vom 21.-24. Mai 2012 dort als Einzelreisender und hatte "upgraded" auf ein Single "Superior" - und dazu habe ich mich beglückwünscht. Da das Hotel hoch am Hang über Palma liegt, hatte ich von der 9. Etage einen fantastischen Blck auf die Bucht von Palma - und ich schwöre Ihnen, dass Sie sich daran nicht sattsehen können. Was ist noch zu sagen: ja, selbst in der 9. Etage funktionierte das Wasser einwandfrei, die Jacuzzi-Badewanne fand ich toll, die Matrazen waren genauso hart wie sie sein müssen und unter den Vorhängen gibt es zusätzlich dichte, lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge, sodass ich prima geschlafen habe - und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und mehr als ok. Vom Bett aus Blick über die Bucht, den Hafen und Palma! Unbedingt auf ein Zimmer mit direkter Aussicht bestehen oder am Besten gleich so buchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, alles hat gestimmt. Nur das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. This hotel is ideal for those looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and well maintained. We had a superior room which was a little more expensive, but it did provide beautiful sea and pool views, had a jacuzzi, shower and hair dryer, a nice small balcony for two and was spotlessly clean. The maid cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. Free wifi was included with this room and worked well throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very much as you would expect in a hotel of this nature. Buffet style with morning cold meats, salad, pastries, eggs, bacon, beans, tea, coffee, fruit juices,cereals and yoghurts. There is something there for everyone's tastes. The hotel bar is nice with friendly staff and brilliant views. It is a good 30/40 minute walk to the cathedral area of town where a maze a small streets with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be found.
