Hemos pasado una semana en familia, con nuestra bebé de 8 meses y nuestra suegra, nosotros nos alojamos en la habitación 510, que tiene además de un balcón con vistas estupendas a la playa, una terracita privada con dos tumbonas, por si te apetece tomar el sol a tu aire o desayunar, comer o cenar de forma más íntima.  Las camas son grandes y con unos colchones tipo látex, súper cómodos, ni blandos, ni duros, perfectos. El desayuno abundante y variado, además el personal del comedor simpático y siempre atento. No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero es limpio, cómodo, con un personal amable y servicial y está muy bien ubicado. I recently stayed at this little hotel with my two daughters for a 3 night break late June 2012. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The pool area is pretty basic with sunbeds but its clean. There is a little bar next to the reception and the drinks are not expensive. The room we had was very spacious with a flat screen TV and a small fridge which was a bonus. The hotel is well situated for the beach about a minutes walk and likewise for lots of restaurants and small bars. The breakfast is across the road at the hotel Gala. It's pretty basic , continental style but sufficient. Stayed 3 nights in May 201 3. Central location - easy walk to old town, railway station and cathedral. Clean and recently refurbished. Just spent a couple of days in palma, Bed was memory foam, very comfy, room was spacious and the entire hotel was the cleanest i have ever experienced. not far off placa espanja, which had buses and trains going to the rest of the island. We had to wait a little bit to check in because we arrived very early and check in is at 12 but we were offered a place to put our luggage. Excelente calidad-precio. Económico, limpio, muy funcional, y atentos los empleados. Muy buena relación calidad- precio. Habitación limpia y espaciosa. La cama perfecta. El baño provisto de todo lo necesario; agua caliente al instante. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar ante la menor petición. Vom Bett aus Blick über die Bucht, den Hafen und Palma! Unbedingt auf ein Zimmer mit direkter Aussicht bestehen oder am Besten gleich so buchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, alles hat gestimmt. Nur das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. This hotel is ideal for those looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and well maintained. We had a superior room which was a little more expensive, but it did provide beautiful sea and pool views, had a jacuzzi, shower and hair dryer, a nice small balcony for two and was spotlessly clean. The maid cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. Free wifi was included with this room and worked well throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very much as you would expect in a hotel of this nature. Buffet style with morning cold meats, salad, pastries, eggs, bacon, beans, tea, coffee, fruit juices,cereals and yoghurts. There is something there for everyone's tastes. The hotel bar is nice with friendly staff and brilliant views. It is a good 30/40 minute walk to the cathedral area of town where a maze a small streets with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be found. There is a vast range of shops from the small Spanish stores to the top end retailers such as Louis Vuitto...

We upgraded our room for an extra 40 Euros for a 4 night stay, and we stayed on the top floor at the front of the hotel with a corner balcony which also had a fridge in the room, perfect ! I thought it was really good value for money and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in a long time. Breakfast was OK and there was plenty of cereals and eggs available. This hotel is kind of up a long windeing hill, so not ideal for people with walking difficulties. You need to get a taxi into the old town to visit some of the most beautiful restaurants the city has to offer. Estuvimos tres noches con la familia y fue ideal. El ambiente es muy familiar y el trato y servicio excelentes. Lo que más nos impresionó fueron las vistas que son espectaculares!! Estás tomando algo en el bar o un baño en la piscina y se ve toda la bahía de Palma. De noche es precioso. La comida también muy bien, el buffet variado y muy rico. Simplemente nos encantó!. Es el sitio ideal para pasar unas vacaciones divertidas en Palma, incluso sin salir del hotel, cada día hay algo distinto, clases de tango, de salsa, futbol en pantalla gigante, etc. Y nuestra habitación con unas vistas a la bahía súper romántica y Jacuzzy. El área del comedor con show cooking de comida mallorquina espectacular, nos pusimos las botas, jajaja. Las chicas de recepción un encanto.
