Hace años ya estuve alojado en este hotel y cada vez tienen menos personal y menos mantenimiento.En el bar un solo camarero aunque este lleno el hotel.En el bufet de desayuno, el zumo inbevible, el café malisimo.En la cena poca variedad, habitualmente todo fritos.En cuanto a la habitación mirar las fotos, el secador no lo puedes utilizar porqué el aire sale mucho antes del final, el techo con agujeros, los enchufes instalados por un "chapuzas", los bichos (en 3 dias maté 4)De el jacucy, cuando te estabas duchando, salia por los agujeros del jacucy, sin ponerlo en marcha, un liquido blanco y nauseabundo, esto me ocurrió cada mañana y dejaba el cuarto de baño con ese desagradable olor, debias acabar de arreglarte fuera.El ventanal no cerraba bien, la calefacción no funcionaban los radiadores y por aire al no cerrar bien , no se ponia en marchaLa barandilla del balcon tenia movimiento.En fin para que seguir con las criticas si seguro que tambien encontraran excusas para decir que nada es cierto.Yo por mi parte no volveré a este hotel y tampoco ninguna de mis amigas.

Apreciada Viajera Aragon . Me causa gran sorpresa su mail y su tono hacia nuestro Hotel de dos estrellas , sin duda uno de los mas barato de la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca. Apreciada Viajera Aragon. This hotel is ideal for those looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the location, in that, it is at the top of a very large number of steps from the seafront at Porto Pi. This should only be a concern for those that are not relatively fit or are not willing to use public transport. ( the number 46 bus stops outside the hotel and will take you in or bring you back from Palma town). A taxi rank is situated opposite the hotel and costs €8 into the centre of town.The location does provide magnificent views across the harbour, where cruise ships dock daily. We had a superior room which was a little more expensive, but it did provide beautiful sea and pool views, had a jacuzzi, shower and hair dryer, a nice small balcony for two and was spotlessly clean. The maid cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels. Free wifi was included with this room and worked well throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very much as you would expect in a hotel o...

L'hotel ha soddisfatto a pieno me e i miei amici: 1- il prezzo è molto vantaggioso! 2- la pulizia è eccellente. Si è accolti da un buon odore di pulito tanto nelle stanze quanto negli ambienti comuni. 3- ottima posizione. La spiaggia neanche due minuti a piedi; fermata del bus di fronte l'hotel...i bus a maiorca sono molto efficienti, frequenti, puliti. In poco tempo si raggiungono palma, el arenal, lo stesso aereoporto.  4- cibo in abbondanza e delizioso! Lo chef è veramente bravissimo oltre ad essere simpatico e disponibile, come tutto lo staff del resto!
